"Ted Foss" Move Over Law Expanded - Flashing Lights mean Move Over!

The Ted Foss Move Over Law was expanded in 2009 to include nearly any government or emergency vehicle stopped along a roadway with its flashing lights activated. This includes law enforcement, emergency, maintenance and construction vehicles. Click here to see the new law (scroll down to subdivisions 11 & 12).
